This barge was made a while back.
All loot spawn items except for the military crate on the hoisted framework is working correctly.
The military crate is inaccessible with this prefab so you would need to build your own access route towards it.
There is also a tool vending machine on the top floor, so the best location would be in areas further away from bandit camp or outpost.
For the best placement make sure that the propeller casing is just below the waterline, or just beach it somewhere randomly.
