This Farmhouse Monument has a recycler, repair bench, oil refinery, and Blue keycard spawn desk. This version has no scientists. If you would like the scientist spawn version let me know. Also, here are no loot spawns in this prefab so you can add your own loot and loot tables. If you would like me to add some loot boxes let me know.

*Lowered ladder and trigger to second floor (would get stuck at the top)
*Added Blue Keycard Puzzle
