Switch on both the electric motors on the dish.
Set the frequency on the device under the desk.
Use the button to create a morse code signal.
Tech trash and other electronic loot can be found in the lockers
A receiver in the dish detects incoming signals but the player must enter the dish basin to configure the frequency it detects; when the 'Spooky Speaker' returns to 'Speaker' I will make it so the player's Morse codes can be heard.
I'm not quite sure what doors to use, at the moment this broadcast service only cost some low grade fuel, I don't know whether that price is high enough.
If anyone knows how to change the colour of text or write multiple lines in one go please tell me. I've even seen people use green glowing font!
