I made this prefab for a little bit of extra content for maps.
It is a blue level door, has 1 Ammo box, 1 Food Crate, 1 Level 2 box, 1 tool box, 2 barrels and 1 drop box.
It has a Research Bench, Repair Bench, and Large Water Purifier.
