    I did not have any filters on, just pressed L to activate light for inside of sewers rooms. Also, I did place the prefab above ground. Later, I will update it with a more precise look when it is added as a monument.

    You should be able to drop in NPC Spawner from RustEdit. If you do find some NPC glitching through a wall or shooting through it, place Glass Type 1 prefabs, that is as big as the wall, but not in front of doors. That will stop them from glitching through. But note, you cannot shoot them...
