my first staggering steps with RustEdit - custom Map Tropico Island

Hello there .. well i just downloaded RustEdit and tried things so far without knowledge about what i am doing ..
ive added a short overview video.. so the stat of progress is visible to ya'll .. hopefully you guys have Hints and suggestions
what i can make better or if its worse to hit delete button.. any feedback would be nice...

in center of isle will be applied a city with middle and high buildings to enter and a little safezone with stores..

Unless its a costume monument. You dont need the Prevent building cubes. Just Make sure to use the Topogrophy tool when u have the Prefab selected.
