Patrol Heli event tower.

Custom tower to fight Patrol helicopter. Not exactly what I was going for but a good first start. Has a working elevator.

Yeah sorry gang. Life took a crap turn and didnt get to fixing this. I tried fixing the electronics but couldnt get them to work in game. Free to use and fix by anyone.
